ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All visitors to Belize must have a valid passport and an exit ticket to enter the country. A driver's license and birth certificate are not approved travel documents and cannot be used to enter Belize. Please ensure that your passport is valid. If your passport is full or damaged (unreadable), you will be required to get a Visitor's Permit for $100 US. If you plan on being in Belize for over 30 days, you will need to request an extension at the cost of $50 monthly.
DEPARTURE FEES
You should ensure that you have US currency, some fees may only be paid in US dollars. Departure fees range from $0.75 to $35 depending on the location you are departing from.
